The Windham Regional Community Council Early Childhood Program offers a quality full-day early childhood program for 31 School Readiness students.  The program also has three infant/toddler classrooms for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old, and a Before/After School program for elementary school students.  The center is open from 7:15am – 5:15pm Monday through Friday and is located on the Willimantic City bus line.
