Rapid Rehousing
Rapid Re-housing (RRH) is an evidence-based approach to end homelessness as quickly as possible for families and individuals.
Who is Rapid Re-housing for?
In order to be eligible for RRH in the state of Connecticut, the individual must be literally homeless and be screened by United Way’s 2-1-1 Infoline.

Permanent Supportive Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), links subsidized housing with access to flexible, voluntary supportive services to help people with disabilities maintain stable housing and live productively in the community.
Who is Permanent Supportive Housing for?
PSH is generally targeted to highly vulnerable people with disabling conditions and history's of chronic homelessness.
